All sales are final. If your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement. For a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The exchange must be requested within 30 days from the order date.

You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. Be of Good Courage will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
How much is delivery and how long?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7 – 10 business days to ship from our warehouse. Most orders are received within 8 – 12 business days of ordering. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can you do a custom design for me? Please “Contact Us” to submit a request for custom design. Each design request is subject to approval, different pricing and varied shipping schedule.
Do you refund? ALL sales are final. No refunds.
What is your warehouse operating hours? Warehouse operating hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., M-F (EST)
Cancel or change my order? Once an order confirmation has been issued for an order, the order cannot be changed.
